I was in today to see the dental hygienist Sarah. I believe my dental health has improved since starting to have her clean my teeth. Not only does she do a thorough cleaning, but she explains and motivates and I appreciate that.
Hygenist is always amazing! New corporate hired dentist is not what I was expecting. Clermont Dental was great... don't like the change. Prices are double as well...won't be going back!
Our family has been using this practice for over 15 years. Today my college daughter went for a scheduled check-up/cleaning at 10 am and wasn't brought back until 11:30 and then told sorry we can't do your cleaning you'll have to come back another time. This is simply inexcusable. Not sure what's going on with the schedule since they were bought out by The Smile Design. Stop overbooking your clients this is not acceptable. We will find another dentist if it continues.
Great knowledgeable staff. Very Professional and friendly. Explained all procedures before beginning, along with game-plan for follow-ups. I highly recommend Smile Design. Thank you Dr. Carillo and thank you Miss Brenda!
Be very careful when doing business with this firm. The dentist that many patients liked is no longer here, but you won't be informed before you get to the chair. The office policies have changed and have become draconian. You are asked to sign away many of your rights. While perfectly legal, certainly not a smart thing for the patient to do. Some of the staff has changed. I hope they have moved on to better employers. This is another case where a 1 Star is too generous, I will never return to this business.UPDATE: It has now been 4 weeks since I wrote this review. The "owner", in response to my original review, said they would reach out to me. They haven't, not by phone, not by email, not by snail mail. I think their response speaks for itself.
