I had an appointment to get an exam and a cleaning. Dentist was straight to the point and quick which was greatly appreciated. Very nice team. Wait was about 10min. Would highly recommend this place.
I am so glad I found this place.. i had a broken tooth and i was getting ready to go on a trip.. they got me in right away and took great care of me. I found our family's new Dentist!
This team of professionals is by far the best I've encountered in any dental or medical setting. From the front desk assistant, to the x-ray tech, to the hygienist, to the DDS, and lastly, the office manager. All were extremely professional and caring by explaining every procedure. They made me feel so comfortable in a not so comfortable situation.Great team, well organized, and very clean practice. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!
I want to set some expectations for people considering Aspen Dental.When trying to book an appointment you cannot book online or talk to someone in their office. Their phone number directs you to a call center. After talking to their call center and then booking an appointment, you will receive email asking you to confirm weeks after booking. If you do not respond to this email, you will be threatened that your appointment will be cancelled. Prepare to also receive calls asking you to reschedule and to confirm your appointment.You will also be told not to show up late, but prepare to wait extended periods of time in their lobby. I suggest you bring Netflix or good book as your time wont be valued. I prefer to book further out and not wait then be over booked and have to wait to see a dentist.Make sure that if you dont want flouride treatment, which is not covered by most insurance, you specify at check in; otherwise, youll be charged for it if youre going for a teeth cleaning.Also dont expect a teeth cleaning on your first appointment. Prepare for a multi day process for examinations and then getting a teeth cleaning. If my insurance covered somewhere else in the area, I would go somewhere that respects my time. The redeeming quality is that the staff is decent.
Well I have the worst experience in my life, talking about DentistFirst of all The Doctor see what kind problem I have and asked me to come back another day, because that day is impossible for her to take care. That's OKI return next day and for my surprise is not the doctor to do the job her assistant did.Second I expect one kind service and she did not what I expectWhen I complain the doctor said that's the best she can doConclusion: I very disappointed and don't recommend Aspen to nobody, If I have a DOG and need go to the dentist I'm sure I will look for another place.
