My daughters very first dental visit! My daughter was so scared at first (to be expected) but her dental hygienist Crystal (I cant remember her name exactly, and she isnt listed on the staff website but I think it was Crystal) so sweet and kind! She showed her all of the tools and exactly what she was going to do in my daughters mouth. After the first two minutes my daughter felt safe, comfortable, and even enjoyed herself. Great experience!
I have been going to Dr. Vans office for many years and will continue. I enjoy my dental visits which is something that not many people will say!! Dr.Lynn is very professional and friendly and so is Dr. Hang. The whole staff is helpful and approachable and the offices atmosphere is very relaxing
The staff, hygentists and dentists are very personable and extremely competent. I have never had an issue in the 5 years that I have been going there. Totally refreshing experience.
I got 1 cavity filled and teeth cleaning 5 days ago. This was the worst experience I've ever had and Ive been to many dentists in my 44 years. I was referred out to this clinic by the VA and regret it. The doc put something in between my teeth to keep the tooth she was working on dry and singled out. She kept pushing it in harder and repositioning it constantly. Since, my mouth has hurts badly. 5 days later my gums are still cut, red and pus coming out. It cut so bad theres a line in between gum areas where she pushed something into them. She must have cut deep in between teeth because when I flossed, blood gushed out. If anything touches those areas its like having razor blades cutting. The tooth with the cavity filling was hollowed and smoothed out. It should have some ridges in it. She cut the cavity tooth so that it feels like theres a knife point in there. This is in between the two teeth so my tongue feels it constantly. She also left some cavity filling right next to that so I feel like theres a rough spot on the tooth. Then I had my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was very gentle compared to the dentist. However, she was so light and gentle she didnt scrap off all of the stains. Unbelievable that Ive had way better cleanings at the VA. Too bad the VA is so booked out.Id rather wait then EVER go back to Bella Bella!
My hygienist, Claudia, is great! Everyone in the office is pleasant and very professional from the dentists on down. I highly recommend this dental office
