I go to this AAs once a week just to get the pepperoni pretzel! Its ALWAYS fresh out of the oven which makes shopping for my groceries much better. Lol :) the only reason its not a 5 Star is because you always have to request for this kind to be made which means you have to sit and wait or just come back. The staff has always been pleasant with me as well even though theyre probably tired of seeing me. Lol :)
This place is the worst Auntie Anne's in the world. It belongs in a Walmart. I made an order but the young girl and guy working the counter were more into talking than filling my order. 5 minutes later they had my order ready and ohh yeah, we're out if cheese dip. I asked them why they didn't tell me and that they should put a sign up. I asked for a refund but the doort de Doo at the counter had no idea how to do it. I emailed corporate and nothing. Go to the other pretzel place oi town where they actually give a rats ax about customer service.
Fresh made pretzels and delicious lemonade!! What else is there to say??
