We ordered a 4 tier cake for our wedding through them, the flavors were: Pina colada rum cake, chocolate khalua, strawberry champagne and then a fire ball whisky carrot cake as the top tier. All alcohol flavors because during the tasting everything was amazing. And keep in mind this cake cost us over $700.00 So, 5 minutes before we were supposed to cut our cake my husband told me told me we had to cut in a certain area of the cake because the person who delivered the cake dropped it on the way to the venue and had to drive back and pick up a decorated styrofoam cake Well on top of that they brought 3 completely wrong flavored sheet cakes with no alcohol in them. Well after the wedding was over we left on our honey and my parents called the next day to see what could be done because they didnt deliver anything that was agreed on. well no surprise we got no answer for THREE days after leaving a ton of voicemails. My parents went personally to the store and explained everything and there response to my parents was well, at least you got a cake for the wedding Well fast forward one year later we were supposed to get a complimentary 1 year anniversary cake from them. So me wanting to give them a second chance I go and pick up the cake, it was supposed to be the fireball whisky carrot cake. This cake was an absolute JOKE. It had happy anniversary written on it and it looked like my 5 year old nephew wrote it. This cake did not have one drop of fire ball in it and it was so dense and hard. Why bother offering a complimentary cake if thats what youre going to deliver. They clearly dont pride themselves in customer service or the quality of there cakes. Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This company has drastically improved! Ive always loved their cake, but their service in the past didnt match up. Something clearly has improved! My most recent experience was exceptional as the team constantly focused in our what we wanted and worked to exceed our expectations. The cake was as great as ever!
