Not what it used to be. I was thinking either ownership or management has changed. I just confirmed this as I notice the new store name. I loved this place when it was called Twisted Flavors. The staff used to be friendly and the cookie dough delicious. On my most recent visits, there is an elderly couple as the only staff. The man typically attempts to work the register slowly and with much difficulty, yet polite. The woman serves the ice cream and she is rude and unpleasant. There is no organization or line. She serves whomever she wants, when she wants. The quality of the ice cream and cookie dough is definitely not the same taste. There used to be cute ice cream cups and colorful spoons. Now you can expect to be served in cheap dollar store styrofoam cups and cheap white plastic spoons. The Twisted Flavors decor was whimsical and made for a really nice atmosphere, but theyll apparently be changing that as well. No such thing now. Don't even think about coming during one of the wine or event days in downtown Clermont, they are completely overwhelmed and slower than usual. You could easily wait over 20 minutes for less than mediocre ice cream or cookie dough. Also, they don't keep their regular posted hours. My kids were very upset when we drove over for ice cream, only to learn they had closed early for no apparent reason. Really disappointing. I used to love this place. Time to find a new favorite spot...

Come here all the time for the vegan chocolate chip cookie dough and its amazing! Their new cake pops and cookies are so good as well - this place is definitely worth a try!!
I ordered a custom cake for my husbands birthday and it was the best cake weve ever had! The owner was very easy to work with and she got it exactly how I pictured the cake looking. We will definitely be back for any of our dessert needs and will be referring all of our friends and family as well. I wish I could post a picture of the cake words just dont do it justice
This place made awesome gluten & dairy free/ vegan chocolate cupcakes. My son loveddd them. They were a big hit @ his birthday party. It's great to have an allergy friendly bakery. My son is hoping they have allergy friendly cupcakes available daily instead of special order so he can come everyday lol... however they do have dairy & gluten free chocolate chip cookie dough available everyday.
