They do what you pay them to do very well
These people who work here are very pleasant to deal with. I have been going here for years. It's too bad that some people who don't know how things work are so quick to judge when THEY don't know the rules! And then THEY get upset! It's like getting a ticket in your car for rules you should know how to follow BEFORE you start driving!
the price could be better...
went above and beyond. Needed a box with specific dimensions. Staff created a box that fit my dimensions perfectly. Didn't charge me extra. What a wonderful place.
My two children (20 and 15) walked into the store yesterday so that my daughter could return her rented college books. They said the woman behind the counter was aggressive and told them that "next time they better have the materials ready to go." I was upset by this because I had packaged them myself. They were already in boxes ready to go;the only thing she had to do was tape the one box closed and tape the labels on the top. (To the woman who disrespected my children, I'm Soooooo very sorry that I in convenience you by not having any packing tape on hand.)
