Every class is lead by a trainer who guides, teaches and motivates you from the first minute to the last. That type of personal training typically costs more for one hour than I pay for a month of unlimited classes. Every class focuses on cardio, conditioning and strength, so it's a complete workout every time. In addition, you can go at your own pace, so every class is suitable for every level of ability. Lastly, the staff and the clients are just a great bunch of people, and you'll make a lot of friends quickly and easily.
I worked here for two years. The trainers are very experienced and love what they do, and the owner and his wife believe in their own product and work out alongside the members. Clean, kid-friendly facility. Members know each other very well, and are very welcoming of new members and guests.
