My favorite and the absolute best yoga studio I have ever been to! Offers many different variety of courses and also offers many different specials. The staff really cares about your progress and take extra steps so you can succeed. I recommend taking all different courses. Please stop by and try, its really worth it!

One Yoga and Fitness has so many fun classes for beginners to experienced Yogis. My favorite is the Soulful Sunday which starts with a life theme and Yoga flow for all levels.
One yoga is a wonderful studio. All the teachers are amazing and they have classes several times a day for all different levels. The best stress relief you can find is at One Yoga and Fitness. I highly recommend this studio!
I always leave One Yoga & Fitness feeling taller, stronger, more centered, and peaceful. It's always a treat to myself to join them for anyone of their many different classes and/or special events they offer. I've seen them grow into larger and larger spaces and yet they keep that intimate feeling. From the owner to all the instructors they get to know your name, and really work with you and what works best for you. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are the best in the area.
