The manager was absolutely fabulous!! He is the only reason that I would ever consider shopping at Rooms To Go after my horrible encounter with the delivery people. After arriving to my home the delivery people spent their first 10 minutes unloading all of their trash from that day in our community trash can. They were repeatedly cursing in front of my children, threatened to place my sectional back on the truck (because I asked them to be careful with my floors), threw my furniture on the ground from the truck, sliced my furniture with a box cutter, and refused to place my sectional where I had asked (sarcastically said that "hey we don't want to scratch your floors"). I really hope that no one else has to experience what my family had to endure.

To keep my review sweet and short, the warranty we purchased with our furniture is not being honored. Wish we had known about their dishonest business practice sooner but after having spoken to several friends about their experience with the Rooms To Go and the warranty program, this is not an uncommon thing where warranties are not honored for one reason or another. Save your money and don't purchase their warranty... Or better yet, give your business to a company that values, appreciates and respects it's customers.
Tried to do a warranty on adjustable bed frame . They said to call the manufacturer. I called numerous times and was on hold for an hour . Never was able to talk to anyone. I called rooms to go back and they basically told me they can't do anything. Now I have to get rid of the bed . Not even a year old
After several friends & family members recommended Rooms To Go we gave it a shot... & we were not disappointed. Our sales associate Rose was incredible & made the entire process a breeze. We got a great deal & as far as I know this place is the only 1 around that does so many months interest free financing.
