Very fustrating, only reason not a 0 is the owner and his son was very helpful during purchasing. It was once the delivery came to play, we were building a house and called for delivery once it would be available. No issue they gave us the exact date we wanted, that day rained no big deal happens they were delayed, no communication about a delivery time until 9pm when they were there delivering. I was happy it was just delivered, they forgot my dresser and we bought living room, dining room, bedroom and second den area. So a lot of things..: I had to follow up about my missing dresser and then everything was scratched. Now a lady called me and the owner texted me to tell me about my delivery Monday which we have been waiting over 2 weeks, I told my husband take off work you stay for the delivery, if thats the soonest they could do and he did. They called me at 3pm to schedule the delivery for tomorrow!!! Im Like you already set it up with me for today my husband took off work, she puts me on hold and told me she can make it happen between 4pm-7pm, they won me over again! Now its 645pm and the delivery guy calls me to tell me he cant put it on his truck without scratching it, like really within the 15 minute window of when it should have been delivered. Worse delivery ever, as we went to pick up the dresser at 7pm, luckily the guy stayed. Only thing I can recommend to management, fix the delivery scheduling, be open with communication dont over book yourself, give the earliest date honestly so there is not disappointment. Worse thing to most customers is no communication, especially when moving..
Awesome experience! most definitely will be my new place to shop for furniture. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the product the have. I got beds for my kids the are nice quality. Very fast delivery. I will recommending family and friends.
