Awful!!! Its clear that these guys just work here to pay the bills and dont care about the business. I asked what my options were since I have a soft-top Jeep and the policy wont let me pull a trailer...he gave me a blank stare and said I dont know. I decided to wait to talk to the guy who seemed to know a little more. He said a truck? And then proceeded to offer no more information than that. Not the kind of people I want to deal with when moving to a new state
