John is more than just a plumber, he's a friend that just wants to do the right thing for his customers. Have you ever heard of a plumber that returns calls in a timely fashion? That's John!He plumbed my new house 8 years ago and I have used him ever since. When I call him him he actually offers suggestions in how I might be able to correct the situation before he has to come out. That's a rarity these days.
