Awesome experience. Super clean, no congestive lines and the chairs sitting area is totally New!!!! All of it are recliners... You feel like you are in your home.... And don't forget the blanket.... Lol
We were seated at screen 8 . It was our first time visiting the theater. Mess mess and more mess everywhere. Popcorn popcorn and more popcorn all over the place. Garbage bins were full to capacity , seats and the Crest of the seats were filled with popcorn and candy,the floor had more garbage then the garbage bins. We told an employee to come and clean and no one ever came,we had to wipe clean our seats because they were filled with popcorn. Very nice location very nice theater but they need to be a little more tidy and clean up after every movie.
I cannot express how much I appreciate their updated seating and recliners. Assigned seating requires planning, but at the same time guarantees my family is sitting together. I have a small child, who likes to share my chair to cuddle, while watching, but also can easily crawl back into his recliner chair when he wants his space. I have noticed that since they updated their space, the chairs are slowly not reclining as easily, but since I have yet to have any major issues, all is well so far. Check-in is simple when you purchase online. Choosing seats is also simple when you purchase at the window. I like being able to go to a theater in the town that I live in and know that I will usually be able to get that works best for us.
Best seating at a movie theater. Super clean, very friendly, and very comfortable. Even had some family members fall asleep due to the reclining leather chairs. This theater offers lots of ways to get tickets and the concession stands moved the line quickly.
Took my 4 year old to this theater for the first time and had a great experience. We had a room with new seating which was better than at home. There was so much space between your neighbour and no chance of having someone's head in the row in front of you.(unless they are 12ft tall). Good job with this epic. The only negative aspect was the concessions stand. The employee serving was obviously having a bad day. No please or thank you or sign of a smile (I hope this was a one off, we all have our bad days), but the price of the concessions was far too high for the location. Children's meals should not cost so much. If the prices were a little lower we may have spent more. Providing more sales for them and less wastage. Overall a good experience, we will definitely go back.
