I've never seen any crowds in this Kohl's, nor can I even remember a time I've waited in line here. It's so refreshing to come to a great place to shop and not have to deal with the craziness you usually find in the malls or larger shopping centers. This location is in the perfect place to mozy over to if you're wandering through town on a shopping day or want to just miss the hustle and bustle.
Nice, clean, and well kept store. I didn't see many associats around. If I had had a question I would have had to search for someone.
Went to the jewelry department for a specific item. The jewelry associate was very kind and efficient. She even gave me a coupon when my phone was taking too long to load. Very kind staff. Thank you for the great customer service! It is much appreciated!
Clean fitting room; full inventory; fast, friendly, efficient check out especially for holiday season. I finished intimates shopping before hubby finished browsing small appliances. Lot is on a hill so look up for Kohl's sign or can drive past.
It's a really nice store. I would of gave it 5 stars if loss prevention didn't follow around the whole store like I'm a common criminal I spend over $300 on a normal visit and over $2000 on back to school and Christmas. I would hope they get better loss prevention employees in the future. No one should ever feel that way while shopping.
