The store is well organized, the staff was helpful to us when we came in looking for a specific kind of shirt they directed us right to it. We had a pleasant experience and would go there again should we need something from a department store.
Not excited about the brands and styles they carry. Years past I felt the selection was better. Went into a store recently and it reminded me a lot like another store like it that just went bankrupt . Merchandizing was good but products available , not so much.
There was not one associate working on the floor.. I shopped in women's, children's, and ladies underwear. I really could have used help with bras. Needless to say I did not buy anything. I will go to the mall and shop the stores that still provide service.. You need to hire more help. (I was in the store for over an hour) I should have seen someone that asked if they could help me. I didn't even see someone that I could run down to get help. That is why big box stores are going under . Friendly service with a human touch would keep people in your stores spending money.
Very nice staff. They go above to make sure you are happy and everyone that works there seems to be happy. Nice sales good deals..
I love this store. You can always find a great bargain on name brand clothes. All staff members are excellent when assisting you. I've been shopping here for years and will continue shopping here for years to come.
