I have had numerous experiences at this shop. My first experience was as a very apprehensive shopper as many first time bike shoppers are once they begin seeing prices. Upon further interactions with Bryan, I would ask him questions regarding other bikes and he would explain things that could be decent and others that were not worth the money. As a new rider he eventually helped me settle on purchasing a Domane as my first road bike. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy a bike. I always felt as though all of my questions had been addressed. Great overall experience. Any time that I have any issues with my bike I can take it in and know that they wont try to sell me extras that arent necessary. This shop wont steer you wrong. They are a great group of employees. I would recommend them to everyone.
WOW! What a wonderful bike shop! The staff was friendly and helped us immediately after asking a few questions. The bike mechanic explained everything to us in full detail after he fixed my bike wheel. The lady at the front was kind and friendly as well, she offered us a cup of coffee and water as we waited, and made us feel at home while we waited for the wheel to be fixed. We will continue to use this bike shop in the future!

Bought a Trek Fuel Ex 8 for me and a Roscoe 6 for my son! Smooth buying experience. Staff answered all my questions but never pressured me to buy. Highly recommend visiting the shop! Having a blast visiting trails around the area! My son is hooked too!!
The owner Brian is burnt out, rude, he forgot the people who made his business what it is, and I could feel him sizing me up on what he'd make off me from the minute I arrived. Take your business to a smaller shop that appreciates your business, as I will be.**update. My problem wasn't the time frame.EVEN though you told me it would be done by close to get me to drop it off, then promptly put it away after I left and started hanging stuff on the wall.You tried to bait and switch me, but i caught you. Not only that, but YOUR LYING. When I came back to check on it you told me it wouldn't be till the end of the day the next day. Then when I asked why it changed you called me impatient. Your other workers cared enough to talk to me and realize I'm having a tumor removed from my spinal cord and wanted to ride one more time before my surgery. When I tried to tell you about it you shrugged and looked me up and down. You got mad cause he thought I was taking it to another bike shop, but I ended up bleeding it myself and it's working great. This isn't the first time you have treated me poorly.I have sent family in there that has said the same thing. That was your third strike!!
