Extremely dissatisfied. I went to this branch to pay my husbands car payment, as I have done many times before at other branches, and I was told that they would not take the payment unless I had the account number. Every time I have paid this payment, the tellers have always looked up his loan by his SSN with no issues. I drove 30 minutes to get to this branch, and they would not take a payment. How crazy? I am trying to pay them and they wont take it. They said the reason was that if I gave them the wrong SSN, it would be there fault - and that it would not matter if I gave them the SSN, full name, birthday, address, etc for them to verify it was the right account. But if I gave them an account number, even if it was the wrong account number, they could take a payment. Ive worked for numerous banks, and banks can ALWAYS look a customer up by their SSN. In fact, it is one of the easiest and most accurate ways to look up someones accounts. Furthermore, every PNC bank Ive been to except this Clermont branch has always looked up my husbands loan from his SSN with no problem. The two tellers on Wednesday, March 28th at 1pm were extremely rude. They told me in the drive through that they wouldnt look up the account by his SSN, but to come inside and see what they could do. Then when I get inside they say, Yeah... no we cant help you. Then why did you ask me to come inside? When I asked to speak to a bank manager they said there was no management in at all that day, not even the assistant manager, and that the drive through teller was the closest thing they had to a manager in.

Very nice branch and well lit ATM for night time use very quick and courteous staff as well.
My husband and I love this branch. Excellent service from Patricia every time. Our first time in a person who was off the clock saw us come in and immediately asked what we needed, explained this issue to our teller and made sure we were happy before she went home.
